AYA Yoga Retreats
What is a Yoga Retreat?
Every so often one needs to immerse oneself in the yogic lifestyle to boost one's practice, to make substantial progress, and to access deeper levels of spiritual growth. A retreat is also a wonderful way to discover yoga for a beginner.
While people usually feel quite rested at the end of a "normal" vacation, at the end of a yoga vacation one feels also rejuvenated, recharged and inspired to enhance one's daily yogic discipline.
It is also a great way to make new friends.
At this point we don't have any AYA proper yoga retreats organized. To see other non-AYA programs where Swami Atma teaches as a guest teacher, please go to his travel itinerary.
