Meditation Teachers Training Course
What to Bring
In order to have a good and successful experience, we suggest you bring the following:
- Warm sweater or sweat shirt - mornings and evenings may be cool
- Raincoat - we are not planning to spend time outdoors if it is raining, but you never know
- Sweat pants, socks
- Towels and personal accessories
- Hat or sun visor - the Texas sun can be quite strong
- Sunscreen - read above
- Indoors flip flops recommended - no shoes permitted inside the building
- Your own yoga mat
- Meditation pillow or blanket to sit on
- Flashlight
- Bath linens
- Bed linens for a twin size bed
- Closed shoes for walking
