- This is the dynamic power of God, the Divine Mother.
Additional Explanation(s)
The tantric scriptures teach us ways to to relate to the universe in the form of shakti, or feminine power. This shakti, or energy, that exists outside our bodies also exists within ourselves and is called kundalini shakti.
