    1. Subtle channels that carry prana in the astral body.

    Additional Explanation(s)

    There are 72,000 nadis, or astral tubes in the astral body, generally corresponding to the nerves in the physical body.

    The three most important nadis are located in the spine and are called the ida, the pingala and the sushumna.
