I'm getting to the end of a full-intensive Yoga Vidya teaching summer. Very good experience. I will blog about this later.

Slovakia Yoga

As announced in March last year I'm still planning to move to and open a small retreat ashram in Levoča, Slovakia.

No, it's not Slovenia, which used to be part of old Yugoslavia but Slovakia, which used to be part of Czechoslovakia.

Anyway, the move is scheduled to take place in November. I can't wait for it to happen.

The Vision

This will be a place for sadhakas who want to practice hard in a quiet, sattvic environment, free of distractions and with little karma yoga. Admission will be by invitation only - only sincere, trained sadhakas and old friends can apply.

The best part is that there will be no charge for staying there. It will be all on donation. So this begs the question ...

What About the Money?

My first reflex is to answer this common question with the simple "Don't worry about the money, it will come" adage but this attitude has now led me and AYA to accumulate a fair amount of debts which I'm now determined to pay back ASAP.

So to pay back these debts and support the ashram as well as my personal expenses I've decided, together with Sita, to launch a web development (design + programming) venture:

I do the coding and Sita comes up with jaw dropping designs. We are a good team and we have been putting all the pieces together in the last many months.

Now we are ready to go and just launched the official web site at ohlalaweb.com.
