On Asanas And Perfection

We judge an asana far too fast by the way it looks instead of by the energy a person gives into the posture. In yoga prana, the mind is always more important than the form. Prana is more important than the body. The mind is higher than the body. So, it's not all about an asana looking good or looking bad but with which state of mind, prana and awareness we give into it. And it is about letting go of the ego and developing a deeper awareness instead of indulging in a form and striving for perfection in the sense of having a goal and wanting to reach something.
