    Fron One Course to Another

    This morning we just completed a 5-day Yoga & Meditation Intensive. It was a fun course to teach with a group of 11 students of varied levels but with an equal eagerness to learn and practice.

    Tonight I will be starting a weekend intensive on 'Secrets of the Mind'. Actually for me right now is more like 'secret of the title' because I'm not sure of the exact meaning of the title and course descriptions which I have only seen in German so far.

    Otherwise all is well at the ashram here. Lots of sincere yogis working hard and practicing sincerely, with a good sense of humor for the most part.
