    Arrived Last Night

    Following a quiet train ride with two stops, I got to the ashram around 5 pm.

    All is well here, very much going like usual, which means tons of people of activities.

    Tomorrow the 'Ayurveda Congress for Health and Spirituality' will be starting. We expect about 180 folks.I'll be giving 3 programs on Saturday.
