Starting a Weekend Program Tonight

An hour ago I got to the Yoga Vidya ashram in Westerwald. I just had dinner, met a couple familiar faces among the yogis here and at 8 pm is going to be the beginning of a 'seminar' as they say here, which is basically a weekend intensive on 'Yoga & Meditation'.
